We chose this topic because we liked this play when we talked about it in one of our classes in the winter semester.
We organized it by whose character was talking at the time and then we recorded it.
    We used Apple Macbook Pro.
At the beginning it was very hectic, but at the end we sorted everything out and had fun.
We focused more on our pronunciation and learned how to cooperate as a group.

  2. Lochman, Yermakova, Vencko, Bludský and Shakespeare - Hamlet

We just did. We found an extract from the play Hamlet that seemed pretty interesting and also covered the parameters of the task.
One of the members in our group had an empty dorm room, therefore we could record in relative peace. Along with that, we made it a little party. Good drinks, smokes and a general mirthy spirit helped us to get the project going and get us the results that we have.
We used Vegas Pro 15, a Rhode microphone, alcohol and Shakespeare’s screenplay
All sound effects were added in postproduction, aside from the brilliant acting of our team members.
Confused, not sure what we were going to do and how we were going to do it. However, once we found the Hamlet extract and a bit of Dutch courage, everything quickly fell into place.
We think it gave us a challenge in understanding Shakespeare and also reinforced our abilities to organize ourselves during the production of this project.

How did you choose the topic?
    - We love Poe and The raven had a good amount of dialogue/narration.

How did you organize the recording?
    - We did it together in one room. We made sure to kick everyone from the apartment. Including our animals.

    What technology did you use?
    - A fancy phone.

    Any special effects?
    - Sadly, no. However, Tynka had a cold.

What was your approach/feelings at the beginning and at the end?
    - It was stressful at the beginning, but fun at the end.

How useful did you find the project - from various angles (role-play & dramatization, pronunciation, cooperation & organisation, literary studies, technology skills...)?
    - It helped us with our pronounciation a lot! We learned how to properly edit audio recordings and it was actually fun <3
